Do you warn on-coming drivers of the speed-trap you just passed?

....I hate left lane drivers. When I am king one of my first rulings will be to have slow left lane drivers removed from their cars. They will be stripped naked and staked out spread eagle face up in the median strip for all to see. Honey will be poured on their genitals and eyes. As the ants and other insects devour them, their screams and writhing bodies will be a powerful example and left lane drivers will be a thing of the past.

I second that vote.
A NYC taxi on our Lime Rock run decided to cut our group in half and crawl in the left lane. Yes, these are the same NYC taxis that routinely try to run me off the road in Manhattan.

...and yes - I, too, warn others.

I consider flashing for speed traps to be a common courtesy.

Yes, if the oncoming driver is paying attention they should recognize you are trying to warn them about some sort of hazard.
I've always been puzzled by the negative attitude from some traffic officers over alerting other drivers. They claim to be there in the name of safety. In my mind, a driver being aware of their surroundings will be the only one noticing the "flash" and will slow down accordingly (speeding or not). "Safety" accomplished. Must be some other motivation.....
