Looking for track wheels and wondering if these would fit a lowered (near RS height) C2S. From searching I'm guessing the front is pretty close - figured I'd lose 1/4 inch inboard and outboard. Have others used this width and ET?
thanks
front are 8.5x18 et50
rears are 11x18 et40

I've also run 9 but there was room for 225/40 tires max

thanks for the input guys and bill thanks for the pictures - amazing. My car is not as low so I think it should be good - I currently have 8" standard offset with 235/40 and no issues with room - also good to know I could go 245/35 up front. There are some used TE37 wheels I'm considering in this size.
thanks again.

the 8.5ET50 is 8.35mm closer to the lip and 4.35mm closer to the chassis
if you use a 245/35 instead of a 235/40 the tire will be 13.35mm closer to the lip and 9.35mm closer to the chassis, that's a lot.
When going to the max tire and wheel sizes the room for differences from optimum goes to zero. That was why I ditched the 9ET50 fronts, they worked fine w/ a 225/40 tires but wouldn't w/ a wider tire, there just wasn't room at the lip. the 8.5ET50 w/ 245/35 is well w/i the envelope of the 9ET50 w/ 225/40 so you should be ok.

Love this blue/orange combo! They definitely see you coming!
And as for your knowledge of tires/wheels/offsets/fitment....
