We have a very similar model in our collection too, but it's a scale model.
We have a feeling that's a very large moc up. Sort of like the ones you see in old photographs of 356's that are about 4 feet long and there's Ferry Porsche standing there right next to it. Anyway, that is our guess. Milou was collecting some special and spectacular stuff back in the day. He used to come to the LAX memorabilia meet every year and was buying some pricey stuff even back then. He even bought from us .
