Default Looking at a car with some extreme cams - are these streetable?

Car has a 3.8L with Elgin 314º / 296º cams, which is a lot more duration than anyone else's I can find around here. Are these driveable on the street, or will it have a lopey idle and stall all the time?

Those are far too aggressive for any single-throttle intake system. Its a decent race cams made for an ITB system.
