OT: Help with RS4 "Rennfax" near Sacramento

Am looking at buying an RS4, would love a set of eyes on a car located in Woodland, CA (which looks like it is just outside Sacramento).

I had one a while ago, awesome car. I miss her dearly.

Watch out for the "Carbon Issue," suspension leaks, 2 gear crunch, and knocking.
