I have done a search but cannot find what I'm looking for. My red BRAKE light comes on inside my car along with the "!" light. I am able to get the "!" light off by pressing the master caution switch but the BRAKE light remains on. I have checked brake fliud and it looks fine. Anyone have any suggestions?

Your brake pads also have a wear sensor. That would be the next thing to check. You might just need brake pads.
