A friend got their rotors for his highly modded 964 Turbo race car and they have held up well.
Is Coleman a company or person? My rotors end up looking like Bill's after just several track days on race pads. Ive been interested in finding slotted rotors as well.

Yes, I changed to Girodisk for the front mid summer '12 because of the cracking issues, ~2500 track mi and they are still going strong.

A friend bought the Colmans to bolt to stock 993tt hats around the same time, his are also still going strong.

Aside from weight savings with lighter hats, is there a benefit of the giros over colmans?

I called colman and they said I need the specs for the rotors. Where would I find the specs for the rotors?

The Big Red 993tt front rotor is 322x32, The hat bolt pattern they either have or you send a hat to them, they may even want a rotor and hat to make sure that the o/s is correct.

I'd offer you one but I already gave all my old ones away.

Girodisk uses a 322x32 Colman annulus

Thanks Bill, I will have to figure something out since I only have the set of brakes on the car right now.

So Girodisc uses Colman annuli, why get Girdisc then? Do they do something different after getting them from Colman?

The Giro's are a couple of pounds lighter per rotor because of the aluminum hats.

Bills pics are perfect examples of why drilled rotors are not as good on the track compared to slotted. Have a look at the rear rotor, the holes are filled with brake dusts rendering them useless. Any gas extraction and cooling is eliminated very quickly when using drilled rotors with race pads.

Yeah, I noticed the holes become completely clogged after two sessions. Easily cleaned out w compressed air if needed. The cracking however does not go away. :/
