Hi, I'd also take a moment to make sure the other plug on that cylinder is seated correctly and torqued down properly.

I wouldn't do any tear down at this point..and in fact i'm betting the 95 PSI is a fluke or a carbon deposit on that valve #3...drive it for a hundred miles and recheck...you might consider a leak down and see for sure where its weak but with only 45K miles do not tear it down ....yet

Seriously? Offering advice on a 4 year old thread? I'd say it's a bit stale by now.....take a moment to take in the thread, including the date of the last post prior to jumping in.
