I recently installed RS engine mounts in my 97 cab. I am finding that the shifting has become rough, almost as if the clutch is not completely disengaged.

So could it be the shift linkage having trouble with the stiffer engine/trans mounting, or something more serious like clutch slave cylinder? Plenty of brake fluid in reservoir.

Did it start immediately following the change of mounts? Or a little while later?

Cactus had a recent thread on an adjustment bolt on the tranny that affected the notchy-ness of the shifter, IIRC... "Might" help your case.
