Default Not a Porsche but a real classic

Mu buddy Grant and I go to breakfast a couple of weekends per month. Grant bought his wife a 1962 Ausin Healey a couple of months ago for her birthday. It is a 20 year old resoration that was done to a very high standard and has been meticulousley maintained ever since. It's a beautiful car and runs great.
She let him have it for our Saturday breakfast. I was outsie wih he dos on Saturday morning when he pulled into my heighborhood on Saturday morning. I heard that beautiful sound and thought -great, great he brought the Healey. Soome Pics

In 1966 I looked seriously at an Austin Healy 3000, but bought a TR4 instead because it was $400 cheaper, and that seemed like all the money in the world at the time.

Love big Healeys and came close to buying a MkIII a few years back.

I've done track days with a chap who has a Mk1 and he rips around the track - not the fastest but has a lot of fun.

Beautiful car; drive it in good health

Very nice. You gotta love the Big Healey's. I had a '67 back in my younger days. Wish I still had it.

Gorgeous! Easily my favorite "old" British car. My father had one back in the '60s.

Yeah, me too! It took several years of searching to satisfy that soft spot!

My brother had a Healey 3000 in the mid seventies. A young girl that didn't know what a flashing red light meant t-boned him and bent the frame. Very cool car.

Gentlemen, you have excellent tastes.
I wouldn't give up my 993 for a nice Healy or E-type but I might consider a left nut.

As do you Roger. I've been drooling over your front end mods for some time. Would like to do that some day.
