I'm sure he's getting a nice premium for this "special" and he will throughly enjoy his new turbo.

It was available in the US, but probably special order. I'm still kicking myself for not buying the low mileage one owner example that was for sale through a Porsche dealer on Ebay about 2 years ago. It had something like 17K miles, HB sport seats and went for around $47K. It was immaculate. Dammit.

I have a friend here in Sacto that has one, it's an immaculate garage queen. I wish he'd drive it more. It is a great color combo though, very distinctive and the only one I've seen in person.

Correct , it's like an even trade. No out of pocket money needed.

That's my 'problem' too, in the 6 years I owned it I hardly drove it. I could have driven it more but because I had other more modern cars (996 C4S and after that the 997 turbo) I just kept it in the garage to admire. A shame really but the value is now so high I preferred to just let it sit.
Cashing in is the best solution for me.

What's the milage on your car? It's got to be extremely low in order to be worth 75k to 85k or more. That may be a new record sale price for a NA,non RS,993.Don't you think?

yea...I got an idea Rudy. I'm pretty sure you'll need some help washing and detailing all those beautiful WB's. I'd be more than happy to fly in and lend a hand. I'm pretty sure that would make any other "vacation" pale in comparison.

Best of Luck my friend, that is a very special car.

Wow, good to hear and food for you although money wise, it's obvious 7 TT will lose value where as your 3 will most likely gain value.

Your decision so enjoy.

Good luck, I hope the process isn't too complicated.

Indeed this one is very nice and rare.
