Sweet! Won't want to get hit by it.

You plan on tracking her?

The car is as large as the track. Low and slow...

torpedo-back cars are wonderful. My dad was the local Pontiac dealer in Sebastopol from '37 to '67 so I'm partial.

Welcome to the varied world of Jason...

1948 Pontiac Torpedo Coupe with a Flathead straight 8 and an automatic transmission. Now lowered with dropped uprights in the front and a four link and 6" airbags in the rear. Its a project that will take some time to finish but will be driven in the mean time.

Drive and restore projects are the best kind. Taking it out for occasional drive gives a boost of incentive to keep the work moving along. Good luck with it, enjoy!

If you squint a little, you could mistake that for a riviera blue 993. Perhaps more than squint... close your eyes. Tight.

Dude, I love it. What all do you have in your collection? My preference is without the wheel skirts, but it looks great either way.
