Slight thread hijack for Manhattan 993 news:

There's one on display at the New York International Auto Show, now through Sun, April 15!

Hopefully some of the million attendees will enjoy the 993 in the LeMay Museum's exhibit: on level 1 through Easter Sunday, then on level 2 from Apr 9 through the show's close Apr 15.

Well... disappointing news. I'll have to drive my station wagon tomorrow. I was supposed to pick up my car today (new clutch, engine reseal, etc.) but I have a leak from my brand new RMS. So everything has to be taken apart again. Crap!

Well I just got a call tht a new RMS is being fitted a we speak... So I may be in luck after all!

I'll have detailed maps with addresses of our two intermediate destinations along with the final destination. It also looks like the group will not be too big so I doubt we'll have people lost like last time.

No wood paneling but the wagon does have carbon fiber interior trim, does that count??

you know i was kinda looking foward to seeing a s4 avant, o well.

i spent the day switching brake system from one stealth to the other so i don't have abs issues(i just have no abs anymore). as well as better rotors and pads. i won't keep up on tight twisty stuff but an open highway i'll be good.
