Sold my bar. I've heard Greyhound is good, but is sort of a PITA in terms of drop of and pickup and all that.
Anyone used FedEx or UPS? Is it terribly much more expensive?
How do you usually wrap? Just bubble and cardboard on the bar, or try to fashion a huge triangular box?
Thanks,

When I bought my rollbar (used) the seller shipped it UPS. He just wrapped it all up in bubble wrap stuck one of the plastic invoice holders on one of the legs for the address label. Got to me just fine. Do not remember the cost though.

I just shipped this thing to Vegas. It's a custom engine cradle/crossmember for new Mustangs..which are huge and it's probably almost the size of a roll bar for our cars. For reference it's about 51" between the two rear 'legs' and weighed 32#.
UPS: $200
Fed-Ex: $160
Greyhound: $52
Anyone care to guess who I used??

And as far as picking it up..trucks? We don't need no stinking trucks! Load was certified to 85 MPH.![thumbsup](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/bigok.gif)
