CT rte 7 pit stop?
Hi Bob
Do you think you will have a pitstop some where near rte 7 in Connecticut? I would like to join the convoy but am coming from the Danbury area.
If so an ETA would be great also.
My wife Cathy would like to come along as well, guess I will have to drive with a touch less enthusiasm.
Count me and my wife in regardless of where the stop is

Thanks Arwin
I was thinking, even if there is no formal pit stop by me, if i have an idea of when you are passing by I can connect with you guys as you pass through.

Fellow Rennlisters:
I did a recon today and have a great route mapped out for our tour to Lime Rock Park on the 19th.
Based on some requests to have an additional meeting location for people living in Westchester, Ct, Mass and other points north, I found a 2nd meeting location in Peekskill, NY. This is just east of the Hudson and off Interstate 84 at exit 13. The Red Line Diner has plenty of space for parking and there are gas stations near by. Before we make this official, I would like to get a headcount for each meeting location.
Please post a reply indicating which location you prefer to meet and based on the results Arrwin and I will set the details.
1) NJ Exit 5 off the Palisades
2) NY Exit 13 off Interstate 84(Peekskill)

Bob,
Could you give us an idea of your planned route? That would help me figure out how best to meet up. I'm coming from central CT (Farmington Valley) and so it may not make sense to over-shoot the goal to meet at Exit 13. Earlier you mentioned a few "meet up points" in CT and I realize you can't do too many, but if there was one rally point in Litchfield County, those of us from Central, Southern, and Eastern CT could meet up without going 50 miles past.
Thanks,
Ron
