If you're stuck on accommodations I'd recommend you look in Salinas. Pretty low end but usually something is available and from my 15+ years attending I think it's much easier to access things from the east then from the north - especially Laguna Seca.

I was going to start a thread about this, but decided to piggy back on this one. Who is going? I won't be bringing my car, but it would be fun to meet the fellow 993'ers that are there

Maybe a RL dinner or happy hour is in order. The problem there is always-where? I'm driving up very early Friday morning, so I'll be there from that afternoon thru Sunday.

Riding shotgun with my buddy in his '06 Ford GT ('69 LeMans livery) from San Diego (packing LIGHT!)...He's displaying in the "Yamaha Marketplace." Will probably hit auctions Sat night...

I will be driving up too.
I still need to rebuild the transmission in the 993 but if that doesn't get done I have a Cayman S in the family now to fall back on. Either way I will be milling around Carmel Thursday. Race track and probably Legends of the Autobahn on Friday and then back to the track on Saturday. Sunday I like to get out of town before the sun comes up so I can have Big Sur all to myself
