'Im with Leland West, agreed value, 5K miles limit, drive to work ok, need secondary car to primary car that the P-car is not ( P-car is 3rd), garaged, secure storage, etc. They are affiliated with PCA and provide a discount. I pay $450yr. total price really depends on you level of coverage and the deductibles you choose.

Always had good luck with State Farm and have used them for 20+ years. My 993 premium just dropped and now is roughly $380/yr with a $1,000 deductible 7,500 mile a year limit.
I put right around 2,000-2,500 miles a year on my toy cars in general. I may have to look into whether I can get a bit lower premium with a lower mileage limit. My 993 isn't worth near what Rufus is.

35+ years in four states with State Farm and no issues. Currently insuring the 993 and A4 Avant. Last claim was 13-14 years ago. 7500 mile annual limit for 993 but no agreed value.
Keep good records on mileage. SF sends a request for the odo reading every two years or so. The back office team has had some difficulty with addition/subtraction to determine annual mileage.

Stated value is not the same thing as agreed value. Stated value is what you think the car is worth, and the company need not agree in the event of total loss. Agreed value is what you and the company agree the car is worth, and what will be paid in the event of total loss. Read the policy and definitions section carefully.
Insurance agents, in my experience, are nearly completely clueless about the policies they sell. It pays (literally) to fully understand the policy terms, provisions, limitations, and exclusions yourself. Whatever the agent tells you verbally or writes to you in a letter or e-mail is not what holds; the policy holds. Understand the policy.

I've been with State Farm for many years. About 20. Everything is with them; cars (3), home, umbrella, universal life (4) and riders for watches and jewelry.
State Farm in my area does not do stated/agreed value policies.
I could never drive under 2,500 miles per year. Both my cars are about $325/6-months, each. Full coverage, low deduct, 7,500 miles per year. Insurance is turned off (most of the coverage) during winter hibernation.

I have been with state farm since moving to North America (10 years), they have been excellent. My wife just had a little fender bender, no hassles, no issues, car fixed where I wanted it fixed... All good.

I have Agreed Value ($57K backed up by appraisal) with Chartis...no restrictions whatsoever, about $900+ here in MA where insurance is about 100 times the national average.
