If you could buy any 993 for sale on the open market, which would it be?

I lusted over the orange 993 Turbo that Chuck posted above, last year. True Speed was selling it. I don't see it listed on their inventory right now. IIRC, it was a consignment car, and possibly never sold and the current owner still has it. Don't know. But that would be my vote.

I had kind of hoped to be in a position to buy Rufus from Steve someday if he ever decides to sell.

I apologize in advance for being self-serving here, but I would take the car that I presently own! After owning virtually every variant of the 993, except for a Cabriolet, I am at long last in equilibrium - no desire to change.

Tough to read through this on the mobile site, but I see a lot of want for GT2 variants. To merely own, or to exploit what they offer above a mere turbo or (gasp) truly not deserving to be on the road plain ol' 3.6?
Anyway, IF we're talking cost-no-object then I'm sure I could convince a couple of GT2 Evo owners I casually know to part with one of theirs. And beat it into the last century, until I am no longer physically able to in the manner it deserves.
