Plycar moved my 993tt from NY to CO and I was fairly pleased.
Upside: They were FAST! From the time I said "go" to the time I had the car in my driveway was less than a week (this could have been a timing thing though). They were the most reasonably priced for enclosed transport. Horseless, Intercity, FedEx, etc etc were all in the $1500-$1800 range and I paid $1100.
Downside: The car was pretty dirty when it arrived. It was on the bottom level of the trailer and the car above it must have been a "barn find" because my car was COVERED in dust. No damage, just dirty. Not a big deal and probably had something to do with how my car fit into their drop off schedule.
I wasn't overwhelmed with their customer service like some others are with the bigger names, but they got the job done for very reasonable money and very quickly.
Plycar's quote was for $2400 (Massachusettes to Idaho) vs $1400 from another transporter. They must have some nice equipment!
I just finished transporting a 911 from Ohio to Washington and paid under $1500 with ShowCar (enclosed transport). Here is their website http://www.showcartrans.com/. I was very happy with their service.

Not a common route I suppose hence the price. Don't always assume that "they must have some nice equipment". Kind of a condescending remark... Btw would you like to use a carrier with inferior equipment?
