He has it for sale here on RL as well. I have seen it in person, it doesn't have the HB sport seats.

That was for sale when I was looking 2 years ago. Can't be too many white 993's with blue wheels/ Gorgeous looking house from what i remember.

Im located in Superior, outside Boulder. The Riv Blue cab is tuck away until Spring with a couple days of nice weather driving inbetween.
