Hey Andy & Roger Happy New Year! I ordered it from Pelican. Do a search on 3.6 emblem on their site. A bit pricey but it fits the Retro look for the car.

Found the emblem thanks. They also have the 3.6 decal of the motor that goes in the rear window. always thought they looked kind of cool but did the 911s back then have both the decal in the rear window (and if so where was it placed) and the deck lid emblem? I would like to continue with the 70's retro theme but I'm wondering is this isn't going to look busy.

Yeah I think the 3.6 decal is pretty big. If you look at my photo I have a blk "PORSCHE" decal that I placed at bottom of the rear window. It's what the 996-present rear windows look like. Except theirs is actually etched in the glass.

As far as placement for the 3.6 grill emblem I looked at the 73 911 and the 2.4 emblem is placed about halfway down the grill. I placed mine between the 6th and 7th grills from the top.
