Im just going to dip the whole damned thing in a big vat of AR!

Also, anyone know what plug or connection I am supposed to disengage in the passenger footwell or dash area? Darin had mentioned that I need to do this when the stock tail comes off but I lost track of the specifics.

Yes. It is a gray 4 inch rectangle sensor or relay??? under your dash on the passenger side. Disconnecting it prevents your spoiler warning light from coming on. When I bought my car a previous owner had put a turbo tail on the car. It had the warning light on all the time since the system still believed there was a retractable spoiler in place that should be raising and lowering based on the vehicle's speed. During my first oil change the Porsche dealer spent 5 minutes pulling the sensor under the dash which kept the light from coming on.

The duck looks great... You continue to make tasteful modifications to your 993 Andy - well done.

Let's see some interior pictures of the new seat backs installed.

Andy, that looks fantastic.

Love the "Bold and Gold" BBS wheels. Welcome to the club.

PS - of you struggle with the spoiler sensor, it was very stiff when I tried to disconnect mine - there is no magic to disconnecting, just a firm tug required.

Best,

Matt

No sir, she's napping till April or so. A foot of snow is forecast for tomorrow, with a "buckets 'o salt and gravel" chaser.

Just a few more months to wait. Upside is it gives me a bit of time to take care of maintenance and upgrades in the shop...

No kidding... how did you get the paint that way? Looks awesome!

And I'm obviously an AR fan.

Final touch was the stock Carreara badge. I was going to spray it BBS gold but the bling filter in my head said no, don't do it! Great windfall (no pun intended), loss of mass quantities of weight. (30-40 lbs for sure. Come on spring!
