I wonder whether it is just a decal for the plastic curtain for the rear wing, or whether it is the aftermarket plastic curtain in its entirety.

Back in the day, these were sold just as stickers and not with the plastic spoiler. IIRC, the guy who sold these was forced by Porsche to stop selling them.
It wouldn't be hard to find a sign shop to make one.

The coolest sticker I have ever seen on a raised spoiler wall on a 993 said "Cash Injected". I chuckled ! How true...
