i went with USPS with them, it only took two weeks and i picked them up from Kaifan (the ministry of communication) myself 2 days ago and i put them on TODAY
i got the Textar pads as per their recommendation. all in all i paid 78kd for them delivered to kuwait which is 50% off what they are from the dealer
