Default Value 993 -94 modified to "S" ?

Found a 993 -94 PolarSilver with 99419 miles. Now with "S" addition, front/rear, fenders etc. Car has sunroof. Seems to be in fair shape. Sells with 18" Turbo Rims.

Question of the day, how much less or more is the car worth with this additions ?

To me it's worth $15-20K. And that's only if all the work has been done properly. But I don't like Frankenstein cars. To someone else it may be worth a different amount.

Agree with Ilko. Peg the max at around $20K if the car is pristine (for a cobbled together car).

I think you're both wrong. I'm guessing this is a true '94 ROW model and being sold probably in Europe going by the OP's name.

Personally I don't think the 'S 'upgrades' add much value. Don't know enough about the 993 market in Europe to give an absolute value, but it'll be worth more than the equivalent NB 993 here in the US. If it was available here, probably high $20K's, low/mid $30K's depending on the maintenance history, topend rebuild etc. Just be sure to get a PPI at a competent Porsche specialist and check for rust.

GL and if you get it be sure to post pics.

There are very few good reasons to spend a ton of money on converting a NB to an S, so I'd be on the lookout for the #1 reason- the car was significantly damaged and "upgraded" while it was being repaired.

Hehe

To the OP, what you describe is a pretty major overhaul. I'd want to know if there was a reason such as accident damage too.

This is a true '94 ROW model, correct. www.mobile.de gives some idea on pricing in Europe. But silver/black usually sells @ 40-45K USD in untouched condition. Would be happy to find a 993 below 20K USD...
