Have problem a problem with my tiptronic gear.
It doesent come out of P(park) when I turn the ignition on and start the engine.
As soon as I stopp engine and turn the key on step back (ignition stillon) the gearstick runs free between all gears.
It sounds like its an eletrical issue or a reley under the gear stick cover that doesent engage properly. If I turn on and off the ignition several times, the gearstick suddenly work proper.
Anyone tha have had these problems? or do anyone have an idea how to fix this?
Check to see if your brake light switch is properly adjusted. Simplest way is to see if your brake lights come on when you depress the pedal. I believe the solenoid that releases the shift lever feeds of the brake light switch.
