Called the owner and they are indeed the wheels. His brother has them. Both stand up guys and Porsche heads. Left a voice mail for you with all the contact information. Any other help needed call me. The nice thing is the red RUF logo on thec enter cap is a decal and can be pulled off. He had them made and had some done in black.

Owner called me this morning. His girlfriend posted the wheels for sale, they are 10's for the rear not 11's. Anyway, he is waiting for Spidey to call. Good luck

A final update: With the help of Mike (Arena993), I was able to talk directly with the seller of these wheels.
We talked on the phone, swapped some 993 stories, talked about our clan of kids. Within an hour, he shipped the wheels to me UPS. He said since I know Mike we can do the honor system and pay him later tonight, which I did obviously.
Got me some Rufs and 996GT3 hardbacks in the air heading my way. Is it Xmas?
Some real good people out there still as in here on RL. Thanks a ton Mike!
