Please view my vid that highlights a grindy, crunchy noise as the clutch pedal goes in and out. Pressure and takeup is normal but I'm wondering if something is about to let go...
This is sure to be a youtube sensation:

Thanks

Christian,
I viewed the video, but could not distinctly hear the noise... if that is noise associated with a running engine? Put your hand on the clutch pedal with the engine running and see if you feel anything, if you feel the "throw-out" bearing rotating, it could be that. Maybe somebody else will chime up...
Good Luck,
Bert

I would first look at the floor attachment mechanism to rule it out. It’s very easy to diagnose. It may be so dirty it’s catching and making noise. Here is a link to a hanging pedal fix, but it’s also a good guide to see how everything in the footwell works.

I listened to the video. Very hard to hear anything, but there is definitely something not quite right. I would pull up the floorboard and check it again to see if you can determine where the sound is coming from. It could be a bushing or the spring retainer or the master cylinder.

does it sound like the noise is up front or near the rear?
if it is back towards the rear, often a neglected slave cylinder will make a "graunchy" sound.
sometimes bleeding it will improve the situation
if it is at the pedal, then removing and lubricating the assembly would be the likely fix, knowing this car sat for an extended period of time
