Default Car cover

I'm going to cover my car for this winters indoor storage. I've narrowed my choice down to a CoverKing satin stretch cover. I'm questioning the inside material. If someone has one of these, can they comment on the material and/or post a pic? Also, any comments pro/con on this car cover?

Can't help for the coverking, the one we sell is super soft on the inside and is used by many Rennlisters since many years.

Exact same cover that I bought about two years ago. Extremely well made and quality meets my picky expectations.

Sorry, no pic, but the inside is extremely soft...so is the outside.

Check out AutoAnything which is where I ordered mine from.

If Alex likes his Cover King, that is all the endorsement I need...

That is a nice looking cover. My only concern about some of the stretch covers is that they offer limited indoor garage protection. Buy one with some soft padding inside. After all, our cars are under attack in the garage from all the oops that happen there.

LOL! When my wife parks in the garage, next to the Porsche, the kids know to either:

1) Exit her car from the driver's side (the kinds in back seat)
2) And/or exit the car prior to pulling into the garage

That is why I have a garden shed. I don't use my garage as storage (except for a car and motorcycles) and keep all other junk elsewhere.

Here's is my Carnewal stretchy cover.
It's the high heel equivalent of a car cover.
I'd rather see my gal in high heels rather then hiking shoes. :-)

Gert's covers are made in Italy and are of high quality fabric. Price including shipping is more than competitive.

Unless things have changed, it being a fabric means we have to pay an additional duty when importing it. I know I didn't have to pay duty for my US made cover.

Is that Porsche logo ironed on or sewn on? Either way, if I would have opted for Gert's cover, I would have preferred it with no logo.

LMAO!! I thought I was the only nutty one. We do the EXACT same thing. She said with a smile, "You have the kids and I well-trained".

Dan, the price I paid was US$273.95 with free shipping within the US...same price today, 2 years later. I live close enough to the border that the drive is worth it and while there, I get my 4.73 liter jugs of Mobil 1 for $24.

Plus I got another 10% off when I placed my order. If you check their web site, specials change by the day and week. BTW, I got a refund for US$12.33 a couple of weeks later...I can't remember why or what for.

Correct, there is a duty for Carnewal's covers. About $45 IIRC. The total was over $450.

The Porsche logo is not sewn in. It's either a silk screen process of iron-on. He has over 8 different color choices.
