Default Issues after battery disconnect?

I have had the battery disconnected for a couple weeks while the engine was out. Are there any potential issues after I reconnect? Aside from the obvious clock and radio.
Thanks

Yes, your ECU will have all of its readiness codes reset, so don't plan on passing smog until those codes get set.

The car will run a little funny and may stall at stops until the ECU relearns all the parameters. It takes 20 minutes and several shut offs and restarts to complete the cycle.

Good Luck!

Thanks. I'll be patient as I get it restarted.

Mine stalled for a day at traffic lights and stop signs, since I have the LWF installed. The next day everything was back to normal.

I'll have the LWF now. It will be interesting to see how it goes. Mine is a 96.

Sometimes a high idle, around 1k. Kept blipping the throttle thinking it was hanging up. As others said, back to normal in a day, depending on your driving amount.

strange, but seemingly true since I've experienced the same.
