Wondering about the 4 shocks. I have a regular 95 cab (not C4). Given the mileage, age and feel of my current shocks, they need replacing. These would save me some money, but how will they work on mine in regards to handling? Rougher ride or maybe not work at all?

Just spoke to parts at Porsche of Orlando and they said that the part number for the front and rear shocks is the same from 1994 to 1998 on the Carrrera cabriolet with no distinction for Carrera 4 or otherwise; so all 993 cabs have the same set up and as such these shocks will work on your car with no difference in the ride quality other than the fact that they have covered only 13K miles as opposed to the mileage yours have; same applies for either Boge and Monroes that are OEM

Decided to pass on the shocks. After careful consideration, the time, cost of installation and investment to have it aligned afterwards just makes more sense to replace with new. Good luck with the sale.
