So: congratulations on both accounts, Tony!

was that plate REALLY onthat car? What a riot!

Now, regarding that diseased round heeled smurfette...do you need anymore evidence than one girl smurf amongst ALL those other guys...and they're ALL BLUE for christ sake.

Of course, it is a very beautiful shade of blue.

Yes Joe, but did smurfette get to charge her clients more because she was blue (say about an extra 10K)?...

Tony - car looks great. I always enjoy reading your adventures! Who did you sell the TT to? You never advertised on here, was it another rennlister?

So, I start taking unnecessary risks to get same high as I did before. I'm just being honest.

I then met some Porsche track junkies who have lots of money and toys. GT3RS, 6GT3.. who like going to a AA meeting tell me they have experienced the same frustration of "what's next?" and at what level of safety am I willing to take on at my expense or that of others. Now remember, I live in open space, lots of room. However, it's not isolation either.

So I made the decision to keep my love of the 993 going by selling my 993TT and buying two cars. This cab and a dedicated track car. So, I get to scratch the itch with projects on my Cab, while also scratching that itch for a raised level of excitement while in the appropriate venue of the track.
.
I can relate to how you feel, the RB is beautiful and I cant wait to see pics of your track car

BTW, I hope your wife doesn't read this post, she may not sleep again !!!

Excellent. What I like to see.
A man with a 993TT decided that the only way UP was to sell the tt and buy a 993 CAB. It's not always about brute force.
Great choice and congratulations.
Enjoy

Thanks for the compliments!

Yes, I sold the 993TT to a RL.

I'll take the winter to find a track car.
I enjoy the hunt, plus my wife needs a break.

As someone who just had first crack at Chuck W.'s beautiful 993TT, which I passed on, I'm wondering what made you make the jump back to a N/A 993. I would have thought after owning the TT, no normally aspirated 993 would ever work for you again....

Looks to be a very nice example. Enjoy it in good health.
Man, you are cunning with the avatar..... Agree with above comment re TT to cabrio curious why you switched. Nice car though

Should have read previous post which explains your reasoning for the cab.

Thanks and If I were a wealthy man, I would keep both, one for the DD and the other for the track.

Congrats Tony.

Can't say that I understand the switch considering how nice the TT was, but enjoy the cab in good health....

I am the lucky owner (to be delivered in a week or so). I was lucky to meet Tony and began stalking him months ago. Tony is a class guy and I'm lucky to buy from him. I hope this will go into a list of cars I will never sell but I have said that before (I recently sold my 993TT Arena Red, 930T and then bought a 996TT). Issues.... Some cars just speak to you and Tony's did just that.

Cheers. I will post some pics of all the children when the new ones arrives.
