Yeah, letting passenger out before backing in would've given you much more room to open the driver's door w/o the risk of chipping the edge on the concrete wall. (Is there an "emoticon" for ****?)

also, in this case, adjacent parking spot was far away due to the pillar, and was vacant..
I didn't see your name on it!! plus., I invited you, and you ditched, so you forfeit the rights to any cool parking spots..
but you are right about being further away from the concrete wall., getting in and out with out chipping was a tight squeeze for my pudgy ***..

OMG - great license plate and one of the funniest posts I've seen in a long time. Why is it so funny? Because like any great humor, I relate into it SOOOOO much! That's exactly what I do on a many time a day basis. Hunt for the "perfect" spot.

vulturize
(verb) : To be preyed upon like that of the prey of a vulture
You are being vulturized by that girl at the bar.
(verb) : hovering around someone in hopes that the person will give up a coveted item whether it be a seat, article of clothing, etc.
Serious gamblers love to vulturize the slot machines because they think they will hit the jackpot once someone vacates the machine.

I had a coupla valet guys vulturize my car last night. When I insisted that I park it myself, even offering to pay them anyway, they dug their heels (claws?) in and refused. I wound up finding a spot on the street.
