Rennsport Reunion Results
Hi
Does anyone know a web site that you can get the results of the Rennsport Reunion racing?
There are some Australians participating in the racing and I would like to know they are going?
Ron Goodman and David Withers
Thanks

This is the only link I could find. Go to the search and type in Rennsport Reunion.

http://www.mylaps.com/results/showevent.jsp?id=727102 only brings us Groups 7 (PCA Club Race) and 8 (Cups). And those are from Saturday.
I snapped a photo of each group at lunch time today, some are race results and some are warmups. But you get the gist of how everyone stacked up.
What I can say from memory is that the Aussie contingent did fantastic. Rusty French had problems in qualifying his 935 and started ~22nd. He won. Helped that Van Overbeck (ex-Akin FABCAR 935) and Canepa (his usual early 935) took dumps while running 1st and 2nd. But French was on a TEAR.
Further back, but not much further, was the green torsion bar Carrera (not sure who was driving) who was gridded right in with some backmarker 935s and RSRs. Talk about David and Goliath. Not sure where he finished, but he was on pace. Bought a t-shirt from the group, don't remember which of the guys I talked to though. When I mentioned watching Bathurst the week before he said he was there running his 997 in one of the races.
