Very nice car. GLWS. Very desirable color combo.
1) Get the ding and scratch fixed, document with photos. Use the best shop you can find. The next owner is going to want it fixed in the end anyways.
2) Don't remove the +$7k factory aero kit
3) Vacuum the interior, and re-shoot those photos. Maybe even buy new Lloyd's matts. You can't try to sell a car for near $50k with a dirty interior.

I would defiantly fix the small issues as the price to fix is far less than the drop in value in the car as is. As for the wing, that is a harder question. I think that most people who are looking for an S in that price range would be looking for a split grill, but a non-enthusiast may favor the wing. That said, the non-enthusiast probably would be looking for a Tip Boxster instead.
If I was buying this I would look at it like I was paying $40K for a low mile S and then spending 9K in work for the upgrades that you already did. Hopefully there are people who will look at it the same so you get the $49K.

1) Have it detailed professionally if it is not your thing, but you definitely don't want to show those pictures to a prospective buyer as it does not signal a meticulously maintained car.
2) That is a high-dollar, factory wing - keep it.
3) I would fix the imperfections professionally with before/after pictures. If you don't fix it prospective buyers are just going to beat you down on the price. It was not in an accident - so there is nothing to hide.
GLWS - Beautiful Car!

WOW! Glad to see people understanding that a low-mile 993 is worth $$$ in any form. What you get in the driver's seat is the same whether WB or NB. And some (like me) might prefer the NB. I love them all but, just as many (probably the vast majority) prefer the WB's hips, I prefer the simplicity of a spoilerless NB coupe.

Had the same setup in a '97; that fixed wing, despite the $7K option price seemed to take away from the value. The one I had, the wing was installed at the factory. Doubtful if Porsche would have installed the wiring harness required for the retractable spoiler; the manual switch certainly wasn't there.
With the cosmetic work needed, list for $40-45K

Minor issues - fix them and list for $49,900....tell the people you came down from $52,900 because you fixed a tiny scratch and dent.
Remember, you only need 1 person to buy it.....it doesn't matter what the rest of them think.
