993 immobiliser box identification

Does anyone know what this part of the alarm / immobiliser is? I have no power to the unit nor is the red led lighting. It's home is under the seat in a small black box.

That sure looks aftermarket,....the factory Immobilizer is under the passenger seat.

Thanks, I know it's a Hamilton & Palmer unit which was a Porsche option and the car has a PA1000 alarm.
