No horn?

No horn?
Hey guys! I was hoping you guys could help me out. When I press the horn on my steering wheel, nothing happens. But I know the horn works, because when you lock the car with the key FOB, while the drivers door is open, it makes a short honking noise? I checked all the fuses, and every single one is good, so its not that? Any ideas?

The wire came off?
Of where? The back of the airbag unit on the steering wheel I assume, I've never taken the wheel off, but the PO might have. Do I need to unplug the battery for a bit before I take off the airbag?

Going out on a limb here... How long have you owned the car? I'd bet the PO removed the fuse and/or relay.... I know you checked, but check again.
Common problem with these cars is the grommets that attach the airbag wear out and the horn tends to go off at weird times (like when braking)... I’m putting my money on “PO got sick of it and pulled the fuse”….

Any idea where the regular horn is? I assume its up front, and recall something about the wheelwell, but can't remember specifically?
My dad had it for about 10 years before he gave it to me, and he doesn't recall ever trying to use the horn. He said he didn't pull the fuse, but ill check the fuse again.

Horns are in front passenger fender just forward and above the tire. Remove the fender liner to get to it.

The alarm horn I'm describe in isn't like the alarm going off, more like a honk, I'm gonna try taking the airbag off and see if they messed around in there before I try the actual horn.

Hey guys the relay for the horn (R23) has a black wire running out of otitis goes underneath the fuse box? I am assuming this is not normal, and probably why my horn doesn't work, any ideas where it could lead to?

With another relay, the horn will not stop honking as soon as you twist the key into accessory, so I'm pretty sure its the horn contacts, any part numbers for the parts needed for that?
