Rear wing re-programming?

Rear wing re-programming?
Rear wing goes up at 50 mph, and retracts at 5 mph.
Can the settings be re-programmed for say, go up at 60mph and retract at 30mph?
I personally think the original configuration is inaccurate. I think it looks silly and has zero utility to slow down and be doing 10 or 15 miles per hour with the wing still up, and will only retract until you practically come to a complete stop.
Thoughts?

Here is the place previously posted. Apparently only '97 and '98 can be modified.

The switch works fine and keeps the up/down to a minumum. Stays up at shutdown and retracts at the next stop after restart unless you lower it or cycle the switch sooner.
Is it really worth all the trouble??

The RUF module does the business... I happen to have one in my stash, never got to use it and my cabrio which was intended for is sold... so I'll part with it for my cost which if I remember correctly was around $350 back in 2003.... PM'me if interested.

Interesting. I was just thinking about doing this and putting my wingless decklid back on but I guess not now......

My ideal would be a modification to allow the spoiler to be operated solely by the switch on the center console: Hit the up button, it goes up. Hit the down button, it goes down. No automatic raising or lowering.
What would happen if the speed sensor input was disabled? Is that even possible? Would it then operate manually, or would there be a warning light on all the time?
