Default Hurricane Irene, FEMA & Carfax

I once owned a 993 that had been registered [by the previous owner] in a county that FEMA declared a state of emergency. This showed up on Carfax as a "warning" to potential buyers to check for possible signs of flood damage. I'm not saying this warning impacted the price or the perceived value, but all else being equal, many buyers seem to walk away from any aberration on Carfax.

So my point is...will the FEMA flood warning now show up on all our carfax's, in those counties/states that were declared a state of emergency?
