Thanks for the kind words Chris. Maybe your wife can take some video when she arrives so we can all see the kid at Christmas again!
Will do. My wife is excited as I am to have the car back! In fact she said to me that I should keep my '88 as well. I just can't justify having 2 Pcars in the stable at this point. God bless her though for the suggestion!

Thanks Ed. When I saw David's post about possibly selling her, I immediately sent him a PM to see if he was serious. I'm just glad it worked out.

I am amazed by your story and it makes me think ever more now that I really can't part with my 993 either. Sometimes I think this or that, but in the end, it's just ME!
I keep looking at your 88 and thinking how great it would look along side my 95. If I sold the Boxster S, I could..........
Cheers,
Joe
I wish I could keep it. The rawness and feel of my '88 makes it really rewarding to drive. I just don't have the garage space and I really can't use it as a daily driver in Chicago...the winters are too harsh.

Congrats ... again.
I completely agree. To me, the 993 is the best looking 911 Porsche made. I'm also partial to the air cooled cars...they just have a soul that's like no other.
