When installing the top perch to the new PSS10 rear shock, Do you tighten the 6mm hex and 19mm nut fully to 43/ft-lbs??? What appears is that the 6mm threads from the shock will protrude very high before that occurs.

I think I'm good. Just didn't look correct with so much thread above the top perch in the rear engine compartment.
If anyone can confirm how much thread they have, that would put my mind at ease.

just under an inch.
the bad news is you might want rs sways after you're done, which means removing and re-installing to get the link perch all the way down.
the good news is its easier the second time.

Thanks for confirming. 8-10mm above the perch on the fronts. Tightening the supplied top perch nut using an oxygen sensor socket was a knuckle buster.

BTW: If you (like me) failed to (with car at rest) tighten the rear top 19mm nut the end result will be space between that rear top 19mm and the shock and yield rough riding as the spring is seeing very little of the road bumps.
