+1...We need no seals, gaskets, or any other superfluous material to keep wind or water out. Roofs are for rookies.
HA!!!! If they were cab owners they would need to bring their accountant, lawyer and cardiologist to the parts counter. 4 times as much as a coupe and all 1 piece.

The boy's slow but he's good.....
How long did you wind up spending in the emissions line Mike?
Saw the new Boxster Spider at autocross yesterday. That contraption on top of the car clearly proves the above statement (gawd, was it ever ugly).
Yeah, saw one down the road the other day. He had the top (if you can call it that) off and it looked bad enough without it.

Tell me about it, I inquired on the gasket last year to replace mine as it is has a small tear. But after I found out how much they wanted for it, the tear magically disappeared!

I'll remember that little comment when Palooza comes around and someone wants a detail but, I may be retracting my statement as I will probably be asking for some lift time here in the near future. The line was insane at emissions today. Should have known, it was the 1st of the month. The thing that sucked about it, it was Pam's car not the P-car!!!!
