FS: '97 C2S - Arctic Silver/Classic Grey
After much consideration, I've decided to sell my C2S. My Boss has come in and I really don't have the room for two toys and with a wedding coming up next year, I have to choose prudence over the Porsche.
So, the important details.
-Options: 5 Open CD Holders, Technic Package, US Standard Emissions, Hi Fi Sound, Power Seats, Motor Sound, Aluminum/Leather Shift/Brake Handle
-Currently has 113,500 miles
-The car had the top end rebuilt at Park Place Porsche at 70,000 miles. I didn't own the car at the time but I do have the service record.
-Complete service records since new (It's quite a stack)
-Clean Carfax, no accidents (Can provide VIN upon request)
Things previous owners have done:
-RS Doors
-996TT Hollow Spoke Wheels
Things I've done:
-Bilstein PSS10s, M030 Sway Bars, Wevo Engine Mounts, Adjustable Rear Toe Links, Spherical Front Control Arm Bushings (All within last 3000 miles)
-Front fascia replaced and repainted (6 figures of mileage worth of wear really left it in bad condition)
-Door Check rewelded and repaired
-Full detail/paint correction, including filling in of larger rock chips with touch-up paint.
-Just replaced the rear Kumho SPTs in the past 300 miles
Pics:
And from today with the new toy:
I have the original door inserts and stereo for the next owner. The car needs nothing and the air conditioning blows cold. PPIs are of course welcome and encouraged. I am the third (or fourth?) Rennlister to own the car for what it's worth.
I am asking $37,500. Feel free to PM or email me questions. Thank you.

Wow. Just my luck. If my cab was sold I would be there tomorrow with cash in hand. I need to get on the ball and post it for sale so this doesn't keep happening to me. GLWS car looks fantastic.

That's too funny. I looked at the pics and I thought "he's keeping the wrong car." No offense intended, of course, but it is the first thing that came into my mind.

Not to nitpick but I think you may want to research the racing heritage of the Boss and take a look at the Boss 302S and 302R and what they're doing currently.

Took her out for a drive this weekend. It's still such a sweet driving car even if it isn't as fast as the more modern cars. I really wish I had more garage space.

Seller's remorse is setting in even before the deal is done. Spare yourself the angst and find a way to keep it.

I've looked into renting garage space elsewhere but it's one of those situations where the monthly cost of owning a toy starts to approach the cost of a second mortgage.
I love the car dearly but I want to enjoy other facets of my life as well.
