Default A/C question

is it me, or does the center vent favor the drivers side? my wife brought it to my attention and I have been trying to solve the problem with no success as of yet. the durametric indicates no faults found, but it seems as though the air from the passenger side of the center console is not as strong as the drivers side. I checked the blower motor in the trunk area and both sides are on....is this common or is it me. I dont drive the car that much since it's her car. so i dont have anything to go by except her word and what i can feel.

Yep, passenger doesn't get any love from the center register on a 993.

That is "correct" in a sense it is "as designed". But german ergonomics are a world of their own. Mind you, all of them quirks have a deep explanation too. It's just... Toyota does it better, cheaper and more reliably.

What exactly is the problem? You're girlfriend might not complain.

Did you see the word "wife" there? By definition they complain.

it may have always been like that (like i said i hardly drive it), but since the temps have been in the 100's it is more noticeable now.
