Those are not RS seats, and they are insanely overpriced! Original RS seats are very similar to Recaro Pole Position, the seats here look like regular Porsche hard back sport seats.
And the 4 or 5 original 993 Carrera RS imported to the US (Jerry Seinfeld has one) would most likely stay original as collectors cars.

These seats are 993 RS items. The RS originally came with three seat options:

1. Items like those posted in the ad which are basically 993 Hardback Sport Seats without power adjustment and with grey centres. No cost option on 993 RS "comfort" model (M002).

2. Leather covered Recaro bucket type seats (similar to Pole Positions) as you mentioned, again with grey leather centres. Standard on 993 RS "comfort" model (M002).

3. Fabric covered Recaro bucket type seats (again similar to Recaro Pole Positions). Standard fitment on 993 RS Clubsport (M003).
