Yes, BBQ!
We really are going to have a shop BBQ. We figured we'd wait until it was scorching hot

Great car & well deserved. Must have felt like a serious leap of faith to sell both the 993tt & 993c without having a deal done on a GT3.

How are those Speedlines going to look on it though...?

Enjoy responsibly Mark!

thanks!

I used a company the dealer recommended, "Dealer's Choice Auto Transport" was the name.
They were really good to work with AND were considerably less than other quotes I had gotten from the companies I knew did a good job.
A little risky going with an unknown (to me) but I figured if the dealer was using them they were probably OK. They were definitely "OK". I couldn't ask for more.
It was $1800 from Melbourne to NorCal, covered transport.

exactly, very scary leap of faith... so far so good
My long term goal is another 993. It will be a while though.
Gotta have one for those Speedlines, right?

If you upgrade the seats I'm interested in your stockers if they are heated. Doesn't look like they are from the pic of the interior console but I thought I'd throw out there.

Nice ride.

I have to say this car is AWESOME! I would like to advise everyone to go drive one...OMFG! Also in the Sport setting the exhaust screams at 8400 RPM. I can't wait to hear it after we work some FDM voodoo on it.

Nice! Nice! Nice! I'm jealous too, I love that car in white ... I guess we'll have to go slummin' in the 'water pumper' section now to keep tabs on you ;-)

What! no Sharkwerks Exhaust!

Car looks fast and awesome just sitting there. Needs the RS tail and that's it....

Nice ride.
Thanks!
Sorry, this car is virtually option-less. Red seat belts, that's it.
Doesn't even have rear speakers...

Hi Mark,

Congratulations, car looks perfect !!!!
I am glad you did not have to wait that long to find the replacement.
Next time let me know I would have picked it up for you in Florida, my wife is gone for 3 weeks so I could have mixed business with pleasure

Enjoy, it will be cool to check it out at the shop one of those days !!!!
