Interesting story, but not really the situation here. I'm not looking for "the one".
I've had one car I was ready to move on and the price increased $15k. I've had one I was very interested in that was sold due to a previous arrangement I wasn't aware of. I've had 2 where the owner decided not to sell after all.
Mostly, however, they have been silver, red, green or other colors I'm not interested in. Or they've been too low mileage and thus understandably commanding a premium I'm not interested in paying since I plan to drive the car. Or they've been significantly higher mileage than my current car and not priced accordingly.
I'm actually feeling pretty pragmatic about the search, but also recognize that I just wouldn't be happy with most colors. I've always been that way about cars, and never regretted it.

I'm sure it'll pop up sooner or later. I swore when looking for my 993TT, and before talking to MarkD,
I had ran into every low life hoodlem on the planet trying to sell his car. Lots of funny stories looking back, but at the time, not so much. Looks like you have had a few of those as well.

Any interest in a 95 with 66K miles with many nice upgrades. PSS10, rennsport chip, Modular Sportcat/Catbypass X-Pipe, sport mufflers, wide oval tips, RS heather duct, TTS bumper, A1 aero skirts, GT2 front ducts, aluminum gauge rings, HID headlights, new stereo and infinity speakers, cafbon fiber shifter. Let me know and I can give details on the car.
It no longer has the duck tail. It has the stock electric decklid and it now has the stock black electrica leather seats. Also, the wheels have been powder coated black metallic. I also added euro tail lights and amber front turn signals and fender repeaters to match.

This would be very close to a perfect match except for the color. I'm seeking midnight blue metallic. Thanks though. Looks like a great car. Could you please PM with what you are looking for for price so I can keep track of the market?
