ok, did not think I was going to get beat up on this. I dont know the story on this as I bought this earlier this year but found a nice set of aluminum carbon shifter - ebrake for my 993. New prices are rediculous on these and keep on going up:

condition, on a table with camera flash shows all the blemishes up close, in reality in car it looks fine. One major scratch on aluminum as these tend to do this from any rings on your hand. Never see these come up for sale here as most people have the Aluminum shift **** but are missing the hand brake.

It's interesting that you're selling a red e-brake that has clearly been dyed, and lo and behold, you coincidentally have a red interior, which is a pretty rare interior color. That looks a little coincidental.

It also looks a little shady now that you've removed the red interior shot of your interior that you had posted earlier. Also, your previous description of this was with a slight scratch. Now you describe it as a major scratch.

You may be a swell guy, but what this really looks like is, you pulled your red e-brake, poorly dyed it yourself, and now are trying to sell this thing for $400, all while misrepresenting it.

I have a feeling you're not gonna have much luck selling this on here anywhere near close to $400, sorry.

do you really think i would dye a rare red aluminum ebrake black? Yes, i removed the pic because now everyone thinks it has come out of my car when it has not. You can check my posts, I have sold a few of these aluminum shifters and ebrakes. Most people hate spending over $1200 for the set new, so when I come across these I put them for sale on here.

Not trying to be a dicque (really), but how do you "come across these"?

Honestly curious.

At this point, you should adjust your price accordingly. Someone will buy for the right price. GLWS
