Steve,

I believe that most leave that tray on for protection. So there may not be any laying around. Call the dismantlers - they may discount them 20% off retail!

Andy,

See if you can rescind that bid. There is a procedure for that. Send the guy an email and beg. Perhaps you can ask him about the trans under tray, and give him my email address? (ca993twin@yahoo.com). That may help persuade him. If you get stuck with the part, tell him to keep it (so there's no shipping), and I'll shoot you a check for $25.

Steve,
Try this one. Item number 350467198055. I got him to rescind my bid and asked about part number 993 504 129 00 and he responded with that item number on ebay. I wont bid on this one...Hope this is the one you are looking for.

That was a very kind offer, by the way.

That piece actually sits in front of the transmission cover.

Mine's not for sale but I took it off last year. The benefit of not having it is that it gives you more ventilation back there and there are no side effects that I've noticed.

Andy, Steve,

this is not the one needed.
Rufus is missing the one just behind this panel, the one quad just posted 993 331 080 02

I just called DC Auto in NC, they have one for $145 +shipping
I'd check with Parts Heaven if you haven't already Steve. They are closer and great to do business with... just make sure they have the M/T version
I'd call PH but need to get on another call right now

Edit (again): OK, I have a call into PH. they are checking... waiting for a callback

I know you are hoping a RLer has one, hopefully someone does and can help out. If not, now you have a backup plan

Edit: Parts Heaven has one. PM sent Steve

Well, I guess they forgot, because I asked them to power wash it before they sent it. I got it cleaned up OK.
