That's quite an unattractive design.

Best,

Matt

I think it looks like tons of fun...on the track. I'd probably not be seen in it anyplace else though.

I like that. I do. But it's a little slow. And everybody has one, you know. Besides when I think British I'm really thinking about something that's more of classic.

Any donations will be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, it's not a pretty car. The back end looks very unfinished.

I like the "...life is too short to drive boring cars!" comment on their page.

I say, like is too short to tinker with British cars all the time.

Someone at work said, "British cars aren't transportation, they're a hobby".

And as a kid I always tried to get my mom to buy a Lotus Europa. If she did, I would not be here to participate...she would have had the right to have me shot.

When I was toy shopping and ended up with a 993, I even looked at a few Lotus Esprit Turbos on-line (as well as F360s, Acura NSXs, etc), but thank God I have common sense. The Esprit looks great, but the interior looks like a kit car and lets not even talk about reliability.

The British light switch by Lucas: DIM - FLICKER - OFF. Lucas, the prince of darkness.

Refrigerators made by Lucas are the reason British beer is warm.

But enough of my thoughts of British engineering. Cripes, we bought four of their used submarines. They make great paperweights.
